These are our core values, which shape who we are and what we are about. As a community, these are hopefully the things that shape our behaviour.
Prayer
We believe that prayer is the backbone to all we do, acknowledging our dependence and hope in God. Our lives are built on a foundation of a loving relationship with God
People
We believe that God created us uniquely and to be in relationship with others. Therefore we value everyone through radical, sacrificial love and being in community which enables us to find healing, to grow and to work out life together.
Mission
We believe that Jesus' death and resurrection was for all, therefore we value mission including evangelism and social outreach to bring about the healing and restoration of the whole world. We want to be both relevent and accessible to the cultures around us in the way that we communicate this message
Learning
We believe that we are on a constant journey to learn more about God, the world He created and our parts in that world. In doing so, this transforms who we are and how we live
Consistency
God is the same yesterday, today and forever and He calls us into a life of worship so we value being consistant in who we are, living out our faith all the time in the power of the Holy Spirit, the same on Sunday afternoon as Friday night.
Creativity
We believe in experimenting with new ways to glorify and communicate God. We believe in releasing each other into our calling and to encourage risk-taking for the Kingdom of God.
Fun
We believe Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly. "Having a laugh whilst getting the job done!"
